Another advantage I offer is that I got my start in real estate as a licensed mortgage broker, and I have retained my license in order to better serve my clients. I am able to use my inside financial knowledge and contacts to give my clients an edge, because knowing every aspect of how the money works affects everything from marketing to evaluations to offers & trends.
